Wheelchair Festival Disabled Czech Republic

Mundo Younido contributed a donation to OPS Assistance in Prague (Czech Republic).
This support has been directly used for a festival for disabled people: a music festival in a parque where all people could enjoy the day with assistance around.
In a city like Prague with high streets, many steps it’s quite a challenge to move with a wheelchair.
With activities like this OPS offers nice activities where disabled people fully can enjoy themselves and can be free without worry.

Carnaval Netherlands

Volunteers & organizations in the Netherlands, are all year active to prepare the Carnaval Celebration, in February.
The parade through cities & villages connects people: adults, youngsters, children and elders are all present.
We can’t compare the carnaval in the Netherlands with the celebrations in Brazil, but for sure people contribute positive way to the community and give some extra color to their village or city.

Diwali Celebrations

Our favorite Indian Celebration is Diwali, the festival of light.
We celebrate this beautiful celebration together with the Indian Community in the Netherlands.
While most Dutch celebrate Christmas in the Netherlands we got an extra long festival season surrounded by many candles and fire-works.

Holi Celebrations

Holi, the festival of colors during beautiful spring time.
Each year, we celebrate Holi together with the Indian Community in the Netherlands.
We celebrate good over evil.

Dashera Festival Lord Shiva Temple

Mundo Younido was present during the Dashera Festival from Lord Shiva Hindu Temple.
Together with 8000 people we celebrated good over evil with the Hindustani Community in the Netherlands.
With special thanks to Lord Shiva Temple for the Invitation for the festival and the kind hospitality in the temple.
Once again: the world is around the corner. In cities with over 150 nationalities, we can experience each week different festivals, celebrations and activities from people from various backgrounds. With open mindset we learn and enrich each other.
Basic ingredient = respect
